The Legend of The King of TADO

The succession of Kings from TADO was continuous, harmonious, and un-interrupted until the imposition of European colonizers who after discovering the wealthy, cultured, advanced and open societies of TADO sought to conquer and destroy it. Their intention was to extract the human and material resources to build its own society. However, this process of extraction continues to be a protracted struggle fought on many fronts over the last half of a millennia.

The Kings of TADO, through the sacred and secret traditions of reincarnation, continue to return after death to repair and restore what the colonizers thought they had stolen and destroyed. The last King of TADO who reigned in the capital Akbanankin prior to colonization, was Loko Nin Koun Non Houe. He has now returned in this life representing the unbroken lineage of Kings who have never stopped fighting and preparing for the return of their people.

This time, as King Meto Ahoussan IX, he has worked tirelessly for the last 50 years to build Africa’s only Door of Return, a bridge that will re-unite Africa and the diaspora, welcome Her children back home, heal their collective wounds and restore their humanity. This is just the beginning of the legacy of our King. He has returned to save humanity from itself and restore harmony between the heavens and earth.
